Dine In, Take Out September 24!

Dine Out for Education

Support our local businesses and our schools!  Dine Out or Take Out for Education on September 24!  Choose one or more of our 40 restaurant partners for breakfast, lunch, or dinner on that day and they will donate 10% of their sales in support of our schools.  

Offices Closed

Iowa City Community School District FoundationThe ICCSD Foundation offices are closed but we are still working!  The best way to reach Foundation staff at this time is through email at Foundation@iowacityschools.org.  You can still support our schools and make donations online or by mailing a check to our offices at 1725 N Dodge St, Iowa City, IA 52245.

Big Idea Hunt

Big Idea Hunt logo Over $65,000 in Big Idea Hunt grants have been awarded for the 2020-2021 school year!  These innovative, collaborative and creative ideas all came from our District staff.  Forty proposals were submitted for inital consideration and 15 of those were funded.  Thank you to Integrated DNA Technologies and the Foundation”s Excellence Fund donors for making these grants possible!

Run for the Schools

The 2020 annual Run for the Schools race is going virtual!  Register individually or in a group of 4, choose your distance – Half-Mile, Mile, 5K, 10K or Half-Marathon – and run any time in October!
